The MMO Report: Thursday, July 29th

I so wish i could have gone to Comic-Con. Anyway in this episode of The MMO Report they talk about the big leaguers that were at Comic-Con like BioWare, DC/SOE (Sony Online Entertainment), Blizzard, and of course Marvel (Its Comic-Con of course Marvel's going to have something). in DCUonline Mark Hamill and Kevin Conroy are back to voice Batman and Joker, now I have to play this game. in SW:TOR they announced that theirs going to be space combat, this is going to be the MMO that will put a damper in WOW's numbers. Blizzard didn't announce anything new for MMO's but that their idea on the Real ID was throne out. and Marvel announced that theirs going to be a Super Hero Squad MMO, if its free I'll be on it.

Have you seen 300 or The Watchmen? Did you think that was some Awesome work that blew you away when you first saw it? if you answered yes, then your going to love what Zack Snyder is cooking up next. Introducing Sucker Punch Zack's next film. Sucker Punch is a WWII, Zombie, Dragon, Chick soldier movie...Oh, and did i forget Samurai's? with Mini-guns?. The story is really far out there but sounds interesting.

“Set in the 1950s, it tells the story of Baby Doll (Browning), who is trying to hide from the pain caused by her evil stepfather and lobotomy. She ends up in mental institution in Brattleboro, Vermont and while there she starts to imagine alternative reality. She plans to escape from that imaginary world but to do that she needs to steal five objects before she is caught by a vile man. She has 5 days to escape before being lobotomized. In order to cope with the situation, she enters the hyper-real world of her imagination, and the lines between reality and dream begin to blur. She is joined with friends who are inmates from the institution. Lessons learned in the said fantasy world could help the girls escape their real-world fate.”

Halo: Reach ViDoc - Forge World

So Bungie released a new video about Forge World. Now if you've played Halo 3 then you most likely know about Forge and that it's their map editor. In Halo Reach they still have Forge but its Forge 2.0 which means it's better, Forge 2.0 changes some of the mechanics and what you can do with each piece. In the video after the break they talk about Forge World and a little bit about Forge 2.0. Forge world is 5 Maps put into one huge map for you guessed it Forge. I would love to tell you all the awesome crap they are putting into Forge World and Forge 2.0 but I believe it would be best for you to just watch the video since they know what their talking about and if i tried to explain it then it would just be like a message game. So Geoff (voice of Grif off of RedVsBlue) is in Britain visiting Gav (who interned at RoosterTeeth). They started making real life Achievement video's there with the first one being about drinking a whole bottle of beer at 6 o'clock in the morning. the second Video being about Geoff driving on the left for the first time. I just uploaded this to Youtube and thought i should post it here.

so this is a game of infection. The variant/map is CreepingRockets on Rat's Nest. In this variant all infected get invisibility and a Grav. Hammer and the humans get a rocket launcher and a spartan laser. I'm an infected (zombie)and I used their own weapons against them. I strike my hammer and the rockets fly away and kill their team mates and not just once but twice. Enjoy =P
