Saw the Last Airbender...Sigh

went and saw The last Airbender today -- Wow there was a lot of Cutting (editing) in the film, it felt like the plot was cut down to fit a 1hr 43min movie, I want to know why its that short anyway because when I first heard they were making this movie I thought it would be close to the length of LOTR. the only other thing I had a problem with was the Fire bending. (nerd alert) It was done wrong, only once in the whole movie did a fire bender create fire from his hands all the other benders just moved the fire from the torches...think about it if all the other nations had to do was put out the source fire and they won...Sigh...Now if this was a new story and world or was coming from a book I would be more forgiving but this is based off a cartoon which has visuals, your going to have to match those visuals. And the Visuals have all the fire benders creating fire from them selfs (hands, feet, and even mouth). So why could they not do that?

I don't recommend seeing this Movie in theater...its a rent

I know this isn't Pogo's newest video but I had to post this video on my Blog. This video is my favorite of his videos after Alice. I think this might be because its done on one of my favorite movies and not only that but my second favorite part of the movie too following the imagination scene.

Bing (Groundhog Day + Pogo Tribute)

just like "Arrow through the heart" someone was inspired by Pogo's work and tried to do something similar. unlike "Arrow through the Heart" it follows the Alice video/song much closer in that theirs no real lyrics, theirs a few words but not enough to be lyrics. Now thats not a bad thing but kewl and is one of the reasons I like Alice.

I give this video and "Arrow through the Heart" (since I didn't do it on that post) 5 stars

Arrow through the Heart (Robin Hood + Pogo tribute)

I was craving some of Pogo's music and went to his YouTube page. I checked his favs and found this vid that someone made after they saw Pogo's Alice video. I think this one really makes me happy becuase Robin hood was one of my favorite movies growing. I kinda miss these cartoon movies.
